PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent air conditioning feeling from being considerably deteriorated when switching an operation mode. SOLUTION: When an absolute value of a rising ratio of a target after evaporation temperature TEO becomes larger than a prescribed value, an absolute value of a rate of change of a target increased numberΔf of revolution is reduced to lower the number of revolution of a compressor 7. As a result, problems wherein air conditioning feeling is deteriorated due to blowing of cold air having high humidity into a cabin in a transition period when transferring a mode from a heating mode or an air mix mode to a cooling mode and vibration or noise is generated when restarting the compressor 7 after finishing the transition period can be prevented from occurring since the compressor 7 can be prevented from being stopped due to substantial zero of circulating coolant flow rate.
