PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sequential forming device capable of forming various formed surfaces without changing forming tools. SOLUTION: The sequential forming device 100 is provided with a tool rotating motor 124 assembled on a spindle head 125 and a sequential forming portion 126. The sequential forming portion 126 is rotatable by a driving force of the tool rotating motor 124, and comprises a tool holder 126a and a forming tool 126b. A holding portion 126c of the tool holder 126a maintains the forming tool 126b so that an axis of the forming tool 126b has adesignated angleαagainst an axis of a driving shaft of the motor 124 and a forming portion 126d of the forming tool 126b is provided on a driving axis of the motor 124.
