PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily apply a water sealing sheet provided with a water sealing layer comprising polyolefin type resin in a recessed part on a slope face without executing slippage prevention countermeasure. SOLUTION: The water sealing sheet 1 to be spread on a slope face comprises a water sealing layer 2 comprising a polyolefin type resin, a supporting layer 3 layered on the water sealing layer 2 and comprising a woven, non woven fabric or the like, and one or a plurality of fixing pieces 4 formed in the supporting layer 3 and fixed in the slope face 13 by fixing metal fittings 8. The supporting layer 3 is fixed in the slope face 13 through the fixing pieces 4 by fixing the fixing pieces 4 in the slope face 13 and thereby the water sealing layer 2 is fixed in the slope face 13 via the supporting layer 3.
