PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an agitation granulation apparatus in which the attachment and aggregation of powder are prevented, the friction of the powder with an agitation blade is lowered and the heat generation and blowing of the powder are prevented. SOLUTION: This agitation granulation apparatus is constituted so that a rotary driving shaft 5 is arranged in a treatment vessel 1 perpendicularly to the bottom surface of the vessel 1 and the agitation blade 2 is fit to the shaft 5. A central agitation blade 9 is inclined downward in the rotational direction and inclined downward from the center of the vessel 1 to the outside in the radial direction. A lower agitation blade 10 is inclined downward in the rotational direction and has a rotation diameter of≤1/2 of the inside diameter of the vessel 1. An upper agitation blade 8 is inclined upward in the rotational direction and inclined upward from the center of the vessel 1 to the outside in the radial direction and has a rotation diameter of≤1/2 of the inside diameter of the vessel 1.
