There are provided a shipment management system and a shipment management method capable of reducing a money interest/inventory load when managing repair parts as inventory and eliminating the distribution cost required for placing the repair parts in a warehouse of a bland maker. Inventory of repair parts maker is stored as inventory information in a management information storage section (201). Inventory is allocated according to parts order from an ordering origin. The repair parts stored as inventory information is stored as ordering information while the repair parts not stored as inventory information is stored as non-allocated information in the management information storage section (201). An order information extraction section (205) extracts order information not transmitted and stored at a predetermined order time and transmits it to a repair parts maker. A non-allocated information extraction section (206) extracts non-allocated information stored at a predetermined non-allocated transmission time and transmits it to a repair parts maker.
