The device has supply units (A,104,204,304) for supplying multiple films, and a mandrel (610) including a non-circular section of revolution for winding the films in the shape multi-layered unit. A roller provides rotation movement for the mandrel based on circular non-constant speed to obtain a constant linear speed for supplying the films. The roller is guided by scrolls (221,222) from both the sides. An Independent claim is also included for a process of realization of units of electrical energy bank. |
