PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prepare a printed file for a printing master.

SOLUTION: An image treated by a filter is obtained by making the display of the height profile of a pixel appear for all image-pixels with applying a topographic operator to a source image. The height profile of the pixel corresponds to the cross section of a three-dimensionally printed structure formed by a three-dimensional printing. Thereby, the definition of a layer of two or more images is made from a filtered image for printing using a three-dimensional printing system. The printed file is output based on the layer of two or more images. The topographic operator has the following properties (the cross section of the solid portion of the three-dimensional structure at the second level surface of the three-dimensionally printed structure, which is located nearer to a substrate than the first level surface, has an area equal to the cross section of the three-dimensional structure at the first level surface or larger one).
