PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a metal joined structure made up of a plurality of heat-resistant alloy molded bodies firmly joined to each other, and a solid electrolyte fuel cell comprising the structure.
SOLUTION: This metal joined structure 1 is formed by joining the heat-resistant alloy molded bodies (made of stainless steel like 430 S/S) 11, 12 to each other with a joining material (e.g., a joining material containing Ag and Pd, and additionally a small amount of Ti). The structure 1 has a joint part 13. When the joining material used herein consists of Ag and Pd, the joint part 13 has: (1) a Pd-diffused layer 1311; (2) a Pd-reduced layer 1341 in which the Pd content is lower (by 40 to 80%, or 50 to 70%, in particular) than that in the joining material; and (3) a Pd-diffused layer 1312 that are arranged in this order from the side of one of the alloy molded bodies 11 to the side of the other alloy molded body 12. The Pd-diffused layers 1311 and 1312 listed above as (1) and (3) each have a thickness of 2 to 2 μm, or 3 to 15 μm, in particular.
COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO&NCIPI |
