PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inorganic powder composition used for thermoplastic powder giving powder molded articles having excellent mold releasability and appearance, to provide thermoplastic powder compounded with the inorganic powder composition, and to provide a powder molded article prepared by powder molding the thermoplastic powder. SOLUTION: This fine powder composition comprises the following components (A) and (B): (A) fine powder whose surface is not treated with a silicone oil and has the primary particle diameter of 5 to 300 nm, (B) fine powder whose surface is treated with a silicone oil and has the primary particle diameter of 5 to 300, wherein the contents of the components (A) and (B) are 90 to 50 wt. % and 10 to 50 wt. %, respectively, based on 100 wt. % of the total amount of the components (A) and (B).
