PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a diopter adjusting device having a structure which is advantageous in making a zoom finder small-sized. SOLUTION: The zoom finder which varies the focal length by moving at least two movable lens groups along the optical axis, has the diopter adjusting means for adjusting the diopter of the zoom finder by moving at least two movable lens groups simultaneously along the optical axis without changing relative positions of the two movable lens groups.
