PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a coating-film forming apparatus which eliminates or minimizes the seam of a material to be coated, shortens a processing time and has a good yield of the material. SOLUTION: In the coating-film forming apparatus for a fixing roller core metal 1 rotating around a rotating shaft 6, the apparatus is provided with a chuck mechanism 2 holding the fixing roller core metal 1, a motor 5 rotating the chuck mechanism 2 along with the fixing roller core metal 1, and a manifold of which the tip end facing to the fixing roller core metal 1 rotated by the motor 5 is formed in a slit shape parallel to the rotating shaft 6 and which unifies a discharge pressure communicating with a slit, and then is provided with a coating nozzle 7 capable of applying a coating simultaneously over the fixing roller core metal 1 in the axial direction, and a blade 15 holding a specified gap to the surface of the fixing roller core metal 1 and scraping the coating film formed on the surface of the fixing roller core metal 1.
