PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a survivor sling wherein the U-shape can be held under a good state, a filler article in the survivor sling main body can be replaced, and in addition, a tying band is not tangled with the survivor sling main body, and which can be quickly tied to a person to be rescued. SOLUTION: This survivor sling is equipped with the survivor sling main body 1 equipped with two arm parts 11 which pass under the armpits of the person to be rescued, and a connecting part 12 which connects one-end parts of the arm parts, and a hanging band 2 for hanging the survivor sling main body 1 on the other end parts of the arm parts. In the survivor sling main body, an expanded molded body 4 having a shape being approximately the same as the survivor sling main body is freely detachably filled. The survivor sling main body 1 can be easily shaped into the U shape, and can be replaced when the expanded molded body 4 has been deteriorated. Thus, the tying band can be temporarily fixed to the external side of the survivor sling main body, and a situation wherein the tying band is tangled with the survivor sling can be prevented from occurring.
