The key container (1) has a sleeve-shaped reception element (2), enclosing a holding element (3) for at least one key (4,4') and divided by a membrane partition wall (5) into 2 separate spaces (6,6') for containing different keys, e.g. an automobile ignition key and door keys, attached to different parts of the holder which passes through the partition wall.
