<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a semiconductor device having a detector circuit which reduces the current consumption. <P>SOLUTION: A transmitter in a door opening/closing system using radio means comprises a timer circuit as an alternative means for reducing the current consumption of a detector circuit.
