摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method of an Nb<SB>3</SB>Al superconductive wire rod of a comparatively low cost, capable of manufacturing both round and straight angle wires and capable of further stabilizing superconductivity, and an Nb<SB>3</SB>Al superconductive wire rod obtained by the method. SOLUTION: The Nb<SB>3</SB>Al extrafine multi-core superconductive wire rods are manufactured by (A) coating Cu or Ag as a stabilizing material, (B) applying a hot isotropic pressing (HIP) for not less than 10 minutes under an inactive gas atmosphere of a pressure of 40 atms or more, and (C) next, applying hot treatment for one to 200 hours at a temperature range of 680 to 850°C on the Nb<SB>3</SB>Al superconductive wire rod obtained by rapidly heating within two seconds up to a temperature range near 2,000°C and applying rapid heating and rapid cooling treatment at a speed of not less than 2,000°C/s down to a temperature range of 400°C or less to a precursor wire rod having an extrafine multi-core structure having a plurality of Nb/Al complex core materials buried in Nb, Ta, an Nb group thin alloy or a Ta group thin alloy as a matrix material.
