PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mobile communications terminal which allows its owner to easily input a password, prevents the unauthorized use of the communication terminal, and reduces the process time for the personal identification. SOLUTION: In registering personal identification information, a personal identification registering means 1 registers and saves a keyword and a plurality of passwords corresponding to the keyword being personal identification information in a personal identification information storing means 2. By registering the password while taking the order of the passwords to be registered in the personal identification information storing means 2 into consideration, it becomes possible to determine the propriety of the personal identification. And also, by registering the plurality of passwords while adding score information to them, it becomes possible to limit information accessible from the mobile communications terminal and functions with which the mobile communication terminal is provided according to the total of score information acquired from the passwords.
