SOLUTION: A requested number of revolution per unit time of the motor for every different loss of the exhaust pressure in air quantity instructed by a ventilation air quantity instructing means such as a remote controller is stored as a map in the control unit, and the number of revolution per unit time of the motor is constantly controlled at the requested number of revolution per unit time of the motor called out of the control unit as a target number of revolution per unit time in response to the exhaust pressure loss in a real execution field.
