PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize a regenerative relay repeating device that can correct the delay time difference with internal data processing mutually between a plurality of repeater stations, and to realize a communication system that can perform continuous reception in an excellent state without interruption even in overlap reception of signals transmitted from the plurality of repeater stations. SOLUTION: In the regenerative relay repeating device that demodulates a received digital modulation wave to regenerate digital data and transmits the regenerated digital data after applying again digital modulation to the data, a data processing system is provided with a delay correcting means for correcting the delay time of data processing, and this regenerative relay repeating device is used as a repeater station to construct the communication system.
