PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide manufacturing apparatuses of sterilized water with a simple structure by which the sterilizing power of a chlorine-based aqueous solution can sufficiently be exhibited while suppressing the generation of gaseous chlorine. SOLUTION: Manufacturing apparatuses 100 to 900 of sterilized water in which sterilized water is manufactured at sufficiently controlled concentration are provided. In the manufacturing apparatus of sterilized water in one embodiment, both of an acid aqueous solution and a chlorine-based aqueous solution can be diluted with water and then be mixed each other in mixers 26 and 36. At this time, the mixers 26 and 36 are not present in parts where flow rates are changed by faucets or the like, and the respective diluted solutions are once stored in tanks 27, 37 or the like.
