PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simply, quickly, precisely, and economically measure an endocrine-disrupting chemical. SOLUTION: The endocrine-disrupting chemical in a sample is made so as to immunologically react with an enzyme labeled antigen, by the competition with a solidly prepared solid antibody, and the luminous amount of the enzymatic reaction of the enzyme labeled antigen fixed to the solid phase is obtained by a solid phase antibody, arising from the addition of a luminescence reagent.
