PART CONVEYANCE HOSE, ITS FIXING STRUCTURE, AND CONVEYANCE METHOD

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a conveyance hose for smoothly conveying a part composed of a circular column-shaped part and a disc part and to provide its fixing structure and a conveyance method. SOLUTION: The part 2 composed of the circular column-shaped part 3 and the disc part 4 formed in the same axial condition as the circular column-shaped part 3 is conveyed by the conveyance hose 6. A conveyance passage 7 provided in the hose 6 is composed of a channel-like space part 8 through which the circular column-shaped part 3 passes and a flat space part 9 through which the disc part 4 passes. Clamp members 18, 19 of the conveyance hose 6 are fixed to a stationary member 23, and a tip part of a positioning bolt 26 screwed into the clamp members 18, 19 bites an outer peripheral face of the conveyance hose 6. Buoyancy is generated in the part 2 in the conveyance passage 7 by conveyance air so that the part 2 can be conveyed at stable attitude and the conveyance hose 6 can be securely fixed.
