PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a controller for a feeding rate, which can optimize the dilution rate and/or sales volume of a drink even when a liquid flows from a common supply source to a plurality of pipes having respective flow washers simultaneously. SOLUTION: Dilution water pipes 3A, 3B, 3C are connected in parallel to a cooling coil 14. The dilution water pipe 3A is provided with a flow washer 17A and an electromagnetic valve 19A, the dilution water pipe 3B with a flow washer 17B and an electromagnetic valve 19B, and the dilution water pipe 3C with a flow washer 17C and an electromagnetic valve 19C. By controlling a timing to finish feeding in response to respective number of operations of the electromagnetic valves 19A to 19C, the feeding rate of each flow washer, through which the dilution water W<SB>A</SB>flow, is adjusted to a desired value even when the dilution water W<SB>A</SB>flows through a plurality of the flow washers simultaneously.
