PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a folding carry container and a folding pallet box which can easily improve strength of a container body and easily reduces the thickness of sidewalls in a simple structure. SOLUTION: The container body 11 of the folding carry container includes a rectangular platelike bottom wall 12 and respective pairs of longer sidewalls 13 and shorter sidewalls 14, and is structured to be foldably by folding the pair of longer sidewalls 13 onto the upper surface of the bottom wall 12 and then folding the remaining pair of shorter sidewalls 14 onto the upper surface thereof. A first annular rib 35 formed by blow-injection-molding is protrusively provided at the upper end of an outer side face of the longer sidewall 13. The rib 35 is formed in a square-shaped cross section including a cavity 36 inside. The protruding height h1 and the width w1 of the rib 35 are preferably 1 to 20 times and 2 to 4 times the thickness d of a wall face of the longer sidewall 13, respectively.
