PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cup holder air conditioner for a vehicle capable of controlling the supply and shutoff of cold air or hot air to an inside deep part of a cup holder duct 3 through a connecting duct from an air blowing duct of a front air conditioning unit depending on whether a container 10 is held on a storage type cup holder 4 or not. SOLUTION: The state of a communicating port 48 blocked by a panel 5 is continued unless a container 10 of a beverage can, a paper cup, etc. is placed on a container receiver part 61 of a bottom surface holding part 56 of a storage type cup holder 4 even when a table 55 of the storage type cup holder 4 is drawn out in a vehicle room from an opening 50 of a cup holder duct 3, and consequently, no feeling of discomfort is given to the occupant as the cold air or the hot air is blown out to the inside of the vehicle room in spots from the opening 50 of the cup holder duct 3 and no temperature nonuniformity is generated in the room of the vehicle.
