PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that though a clearance hole of a punch formed in an inside wall for constituting an engaging sliding part of a lower base is indispensable for a lock hole of the lower base, but it reduces the strength of the lower base. SOLUTION: The lock hole 38 is formed in an outside wall 32 of the engaging sliding part 30 of the lower base 22, and a flange 43 swelling inside in the radial direction is formed on the inside wall 33 opposed to the lock hole 38 by press-working. Engaging holes 39 and 40 for a lock claw 29 are formed in opposed side walls 35 and 36 of a sliding part 34 of a holder member 25. COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO&NCIPI
