PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a biodegradable resin laminate, which has biodegradation properties and gas barrier properties, and at the same time, is excellent in interlaminar adhesion properties and in thermal fusion properties such as heat sealing properties, and especially is suitably used for packaging food. SOLUTION: The biodegradable resin laminate includes (A) a constitutional unit derived from aliphatic or alicyclic diol and a constitutional unit derived from aliphatic or an alicyclic dicarboxylic acid. It is constituted by fusing with coextrusion molding a layer composed of the aliphatic with number average molecular weight of 10,000-200,000 or an alicyclic polyester resin and (B) a layer composed of an aliphatic polyester resin constituted essentially of a constitutional unit derived from a glycol acid.
