PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a prize ball counting system of a pachinko machine that eliminates the need for a transport of a ball box storing prize balls to a prize ball counter, restrains an increase in equipment cost of a pachinko game parlor and makes players sufficiently enjoy. SOLUTION: The counting system 1 has a prize ball throwing-in slots 5 in the vicinity of an installation position of each of a plurality of pachinko machines, a prize ball transport means 6 transporting prize balls thrown into the prize ball throwing-in slots 5 through the exteriors of pachinko islands 2 and 3 to which the plurality of pachinko machines belong, and a counting means 8 counting prize balls transported by the prize ball transport means 6. The prize ball transport means 6 is a rail-form transport means embedded in a floor on which pachinko machines of the pachinko game parlor are installed and having a transparent ceiling side 6d on the same plane with the floor.
