PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a shutter having a simple structure and a sufficient ventilation function. SOLUTION: A shutter frame body 9 having guide rails 16 on both sides is rotatable with the end section on a shutter case 13 side as the center, a projected arm 21 holding the inclinations between the guide rails and a skeleton is provided and, at the same time, a locking means 27 fixing the guide rails is provided in a state to adhere the guide rails to the skeleton side.
