PURPOSE: A buffet type cooking system using a steel plate is provided to efficiently use manpower and improve sanitation. CONSTITUTION: A buffet type cooking system using a steel plate is composed of an ingredient storage table(100) for storing vegetables and meat, a noodles storage unit(200) for storing boiled noodles, a sauce storage unit(300), a preparing unit(400), a cook(4), and a rotary steel-plate cooking unit(500). The preparing unit prepares vegetables, meat, noodles, and sauce selected by a consumer. The cook cooks food with the selected ingredients for the consumer. |
