PURPOSE: A method of making a cookie using black sesame, unpolished glutinous rice and black beans as a main component is provided. The product has pharmacological efficacy as well as good taste and nutrition and thus can be used as a meal substitute for some meals containing a health supplementary food. CONSTITUTION: Each of black sesame, unpolished glutinous rice and black beans is roasted and ground. Then, 4 to 6 parts by weight of the mixed grain flour is kneaded with 10 parts by weight of a mixture of an egg and sugar, molded and then baked at 140 to 160deg.C for 30 to 40min. The mixed grain flour comprises 5 to 25 parts by weight of black sesame flour, 40 to 70 parts by weight of unpolished glutinous rice flour and 20 to 40 parts by weight of black bean flour.
