The device has a drive unit to drive a complex film (96), a winding unit to wind the complex film, and a cutting unit for cutting complex film at the end of film roll. A heating unit heats the complex film using hot air. A pressing unit presses the extreme end of the roll against a surface of a rolled assembly in such a way that the end of the roll sticks to the surface.
