<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ink jet recording material which has a photo-like high gloss and high ink absorbing properties and in which indoor preserving properties of an image is improved. <P>SOLUTION: An ink receiving layer is provided on a support in the ink jet recording material.
