<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mirror ball with a single light source, with light flux spread throughout a hemisphere, and changing diffusion light colors. <P>SOLUTION: A light source is placed at the center of a hemispherical shell and a figure is projected by shape or transmission by cutting off part of the light with the use of linearity of light. As for coloring, the spherical shell is divided into a colored and a projected parts as a structure of inner and outer shells, and further, a combination of colors and figures can be complicated by rotating them at different angular velocities. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO&NCIPI |
