<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To emit light radiated from a light source lamp housed in a reflector, reflected in a light condensing direction by the reflector and made incident on a light guide rod from its one end side to the other end side of the light guide rod at a spread angle smaller than the light condensing angle of the reflector. <P>SOLUTION: The light guide rod 4 consists of a rod part 5 whose peripheral surface is set as a light reflection surface, and a transparent conical part 6 which is provided at one end of the rod part 5 and has a top part on the extension of the center line O<SB>2</SB>of the rod part 5 and whose outer peripheral surface at a base part continues to the reflection surface being the peripheral surface of the rod part 5. The rod 4 is arranged on the emitting side of the reflector 3 so that the center line O<SB>2</SB>of the rod part 5 is aligned with the center line O<SB>1</SB>of the reflector 3 and also the vicinity of a middle part between the top part and the base part of the conical part 6 is positioned at the condensing part of the reflected light by the reflector 3. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
