PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide necessary characteristics for an ordinary image forming substrate in which an embossed indicia is hardly transferred and recognition properties of a brand and quality control in manufacturing are improved. SOLUTION: This method comprises a process wherein the indicia is embossed on a roller, a process for preparing a substrate, and a process wherein the substrate is pressed on the roller on which emboss processing is performed to arrange the indicia on the substrate for an image forming element. In addition, the substrate comprises a closed-cell foam core and at least one layer of a flange layer stuck thereon. The closed-cell foam core comprises a polymer foamed by using a foaming agent.
