PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an optical element unit that improves the operability of adjusting operation for correcting various aberrations in a state wherein a plurality of optical elements are vertically combined and a manufacturing method of an optical element unit. SOLUTION: The optical element unit 10 is constituted by combining one over the other a plurality of optical elements 20 and 30 molded by injecting molten resin into a metal mold cavity 60 and marks 40 and 50 each indicating in which of a plurality of metal mold cavities each optical element is molded are disposed on all of the plurality of optical elements at positions where the relative positions of the marks can be viewed while the plurality of optical elements are combined on over the other.
