<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable contents to be transmitted only to limited reception devices. <P>SOLUTION: This content transmission/reception system has synchronous devices B11, B12 and a router device F13 all of which are connected to an Ethernet (R) segment A10, and a source device A15 connected to the router device F13 via the Internet 14. Since the source device B51 permits the contents to be transmitted to and received from only the sync devices connected to the same Ethernet segment A10, the transmission and reception of the contents to the synchronous devices connected via, e.g., a VPN server device F53, can be surely inhibited. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
