PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve productivity by shortening the changing time of dies. SOLUTION: An upper-die clamping device of a press brake is provided with a clamper 41 which has a right side face 53 for pressing an upper die 14 to a press slide 12 and a pressure receiving surface 66 which is inclined in the direction to become closer toward the right side face 53 as advancing upward or downward is formed on the left side face 54, conical pressing member 42 having a taper-shaped pressing surface 67 which is conforming to the pressure receiving surface 66, horizontal operating shaft 43 which is arranged freely rotatably so that the shaft is integrally continued to the pressing member 42 so as to make the pressing member eccentric and so that the pressure receiving surface 66 is pressed by bringing the pressing surface 67 into contact with the pressure receiving surface 66, and a stopper 44 with which the movement to the left of the pressing surface 42 is controlled in the state where the pressing surface 67 is brought into contact with the pressure receiving surface 66.
