PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a refilling method for an accelerating agent and its storing device capable of refilling an agent supply device with the accelerating agent easily without causing deterioration in the working environment at the site and/or generation of industrial wastes. SOLUTION: The accelerating agent storing device A equipped with a reservoir 1 and a gauging hopper 5 is installed in the place of refilling, and the accelerating agent is transported to the place, and the agent is transferred from a lorry to the reservoir 1 of the device A and stored.
