PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform a safe and efficient attachment operation almost without the danger of piercing a finger or the like at the time of handling a safety pin. SOLUTION: A pipe-like housing part (3) for housing a needle tip (2) is provided on both ends of an appropriately curved leaf spring (1) and the safety pin is constituted of respective bases (4-7) and a pipe-like needle tip holding part (10), etc. A stopper (12) incorporated in the needle tip holding part is projected to a stopper hole 1 (19) and the needle tip is fixed at this position.
