摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve a wind volume characteristic of a blower in a gas laser and to increase laser output. SOLUTION: A device is provided with a discharge means exciting a laser medium, a blowing means blowing laser gas by rotation of an impeller, and laser gas routes forming a circulation route of laser gas between the discharge means and the blowing means. A rotation shaft and center shafts of the laser gas routes are not arranged on the same shaft. The blowing means is composed of a centrifugal fan and an axial blower. A plurality of the laser gas routes are arranged in parallel on a rotation face of the impeller at an inlet of the blowing means. A plurality of the laser gas routes are obliquely disposed on the rotation face of the impeller at the inlet of the blowing means. A rectifying means such as a honeycomb is installed in the inlet of the blowing means. Thus, a flow rate of the blowing means is increased, and laser output is increased. COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO&NCIPI
