PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain an aromatic polycarbonate resin composition excellent in a melting stability and containing a reinforcement and/or a filler. SOLUTION: This aromatic polycarbonate resin composition contains (A) 100 pts.wt aromatic polycarbonate resin, (B) 1-200 pts.wt. reinforcement and/or filler and (C) 0.001-1 pt.wt. organic sulfonic acid compound.
