PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a voice information notice system whereby an audibly handicapped person or an elderly person being hard of hearing can recognize a change in surrounding voice and immediately take a succeeding action even on the occurrence of any emergency. SOLUTION: The voice information notice system is provided with: a voice transmission apparatus 1 for picking up voice at a desired place, converting it into a wireless signal, and transmitting the converted signal; and a voice analysis apparatus 2 for receiving the wireless signal from the voice transmission apparatus 1 at a remote place, demodulating the voice signal, applying voice analysis to the demodulated voice signal to particularize a sound source, displaying a particularized result as visible information, and blinking a lamp for a prescribed time to inform a user about a fact of voice collection and the meaning of the collected voice.
