PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent intrusion into a house by a duplicate key or picking in a holiday or at night and improve the custody of the building. SOLUTION: The locking operation can be done by two systems of a duplicate key and an electric operation. When locked by the duplicate key, the lock can be unlocked by the electric operation, and when locked by the electric operation, the lock is designed so as not to be unlocked even by the duplicate key or picking, and further, and made remotely confirmable as to the fact that which locking means is used.
