PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an improved flexible heat exchange structure that can be used for administering thermal therapy to a patient or for another purpose of cooling human body. SOLUTION: The equipment includes a flexible heat exchange structure that has fluid conducting channels formed between two layers of flexible material and has, at the ends of the channels, liquid manifolds that have been improved for resisting pinching, crimping, or buckling on pressurization and when the heat exchange structure is subjected to flexure when worn on the human body.
