摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a urethane (meth)acrylate-based compound that has a low refractive index and is excellent not only in transparency and but also in coating film physical properties such as coating film hardness, scratch resistance, stain resistance, water repellency, oil repellency and the like and to provide an active energy ray-curable resin composition using the urethane (meth)acrylate-based compound. SOLUTION: The urethane (meth)acrylate-based compound is produced by forming a urethane bond between an isocyanate group in (a1) a trivalent or more polyisocyanate-based compound and each of a hydroxy group of (a2) a fluorine-containing alcohol-based compound and a hydroxyl group of (a3) a hydroxy group-containing (meth)acrylate-based compound.
