PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a liquid detergent composition for washing tableware having excellent detergency and preservation stability and excellent dirt accumulation preventing properties for a washing tool. SOLUTION: The liquid detergent composition is characterized as comprising (a) a lipase in an amount of a fatty acid produced from triolein at least 2.0 times expressed in terms of molar ratio based on a fatty acid produced from n-hexadecyl palmitate, (b) at lease one kind selected from an aromatic carboxylic acid/salt, toluenesulfonic acid/salt and xylenesulfonic acid/salt, (c) an anionic surfactant and (d) a semipolar surfactant.
