PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a liquid preparation composition further improving the washing effect of an ultrasonic mouthwashing instrument therefor using ultrasonic vibrations for mouthwashing. SOLUTION: This liquid preparation composition contains a water-insoluble granular substance.
