<p>The invention relates to an MSM-type photoelectric detector with coplanar geometry, comprising two electrodes which are disposed facing one another on a semiconductor substrate, whereby a polarisation voltage is applied to said electrodes. The inventive device is characterised in that, in a direction transverse to the direction of extension of the inter-electrode space, the width of one of the electrodes is greater than that of the other and, preferably, said ratio is between 1.5 and 20 approximately.</p> |
