<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide reflection parts which allow a reflective surface to be efficiently obtained from any angle in accordance with this angle even when being installed on a largely curved guard rail. <P>SOLUTION: A reflection cap 1 has a partial cylinder surface part 1a made of highly transparent resin, which has such a shape that a circular arc of which the minor axis is about 1/2 of the radius is formed on the horizontal section, and has a reflection layer 3 having beads 3b provided along the partial cylinder surface part 1a. When being installed on a linearly extending guard rail 2, the reflection cap can reflect a small quantity of light from a remote place because an end part of the reflection layer 3 acts as a reflection surface. In the case that the guard rail is largely curved, the reflection surface is widened to be able to reflect much light so that a light projection side is promptly informed of the position of the guard rail 2. When receiving light from the front, the reflection cap acts as the reflection surface throughout in the lengthwise direction because bend of the end part of the partial cylinder surface part 1a is small.
